Jax 3PL provides:

• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services

• Warehousing and fulfillment

• Product storage, pick & pack, and shipping

• Ecommerce integrations (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, etc.)

Service details are outlined in client agreements, quotes, or service-level documents.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate business and shipping information

• Ensure products are legal and safely shippable

• Maintain updated payment and contact details

• Follow carrier, warehouse, and compliance guidelines

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect client information.

4. Storage, Inventory & Fulfillment

Inventory received must match the packing list provided by the client.
We are not responsible for:

• Damaged items sent to our warehouse

• Mislabelled or improperly packaged inventory

• Regulatory issues related to restricted or prohibited items

Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving inventory.

5. Shipping & Carrier Liability

While we process and ship orders promptly, carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight companies) are responsible for:

• Transit delays

• Shipping damages

• Lost packages

We assist in filing claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

6. Billing & Payments

Invoices must be paid according to the terms listed in your service agreement.
Unpaid balances may result in:

• Service suspension

• Storage fees

• Late charges

• Holding inventory until payment is resolved

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and design—is owned by Jax Growth Partners.
You may not copy, modify, or reproduce content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jax 3PL is not liable for:

• Loss of business revenue

• Carrier delays or damages

• Errors caused by third-party platforms

• Client negligence, incorrect data, or unauthorized access

Our maximum liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if:

• A client violates the terms

• Payments remain overdue

• Services are used for illegal or prohibited products

• Safety or compliance concerns arise

Clients may terminate with written notice according to their service agreement.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
